Please note: Telehealth phone consultations are not applicable to New Patients. Existing patients must have attended in the previous 12 months for a Medicare rebate to be available to you for phone or video consultations.

FEES 1.7.26 – Note New Fees

STANDARD 15min Appointment

• Weekday in-clinic consultation and Telehealth = $107 (Medicare + $61.95 gap)

EXTENDED 30min Appointment

• Weekday in-clinic consultation and Video = $171 (Medicare + $83.90 gap)

AGED PENSIONER AND HCC HOLDERS

• A $10 discount applies.

AFTER HOURS FEES

• An after-hours surcharge applies to the Tuesday evening session. Standard appointments = $114.15 (Medicare + $69.10 gap); Extended = $172.20 (Medicare + $85.10 gap).

WEEKEND FEES

• An additional $18 out of pocket surcharge applies for weekend appointments. The total fee will vary as the Medicare rebate amount changes from weekdays to weekends, however your out of pocket fee will remain the same as the weekday amount plus an additional $18.
• We submit the Medicare claim for you, on the day, so that you can receive an immediate rebate from Medicare (Medicare card holders only).
• Credit card fees apply. No fee for cheque or savings payments when using eftpos.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your doctor kindly asks that you provide sufficient notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that we can offer the time to another patient. They require at least 12 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment.

A cancellation fee of $75 for standard GP consultation including telehealth consultations or $100 for specialised or after hours services applies to non-attendance or late cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to your appointment). The fee is not rebatable through Medicare.
