In-clinic consultations and Telehealth are privately billed

Please note: Telehealth phone consultations are not applicable to New Patients unless you have COVID. Existing patients must have attended in the previous 12 months for a Medicare rebate to be available to you for phone or video consultations.

STANDARD 15mins Appointment

  •  Weekday in-clinic consultation and Telehealth = $101 (Medicare + $58.15 gap)
  •  n.b Additional $10 out of pocket  Surcharge for After 7pm Tuesday (Medicare + $68.15 gap)
  • Additional $16  out of pocket Surcharge Saturday/Sunday (Medicare +$74.15 Gap)

EXTENDED 30mins Appointment

  • Weekday in-clinic  consultation and Video = $156.05 ($73.15 gap) 
  • n.b Additional $10 out of pocket  Surcharge for After 7pm Tuesday
  • Additional $16 out of pocket Surcharge Saturday/Sunday


  • A $10 Discount applies.


  • An additional  $16 out of pocket surcharge applies for weekend appointments. The total fee will vary as the Medicare rebate amount changes from weekdays to weekends however your out of pocket fee will remain the same as the weekday amount plus an additional $16.
  • We submit the Medicare claim for you, on the day, so that you can receive an immediate rebate from Medicare (Medicare card holders only)

Your doctor kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that we can offer the time to another patient. They require at least 12 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment.

A cancellation fee of $70 for standard GP consultation including telehealth consultations or $95 for specialised or after hours services applies to non-attendance or late cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to your appointment). The fee is not rebatable through Medicare.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice you should let us know as soon as possible. Please call to cancel on 0398028155


Telehealth Consultations

  • Medicare Rebates only available if you have been onsite in the previous 12 months
  • Full private Fee with no rebate will apply if the 12 month rule is not met.


Claiming your medicare rebate

  • Full payment is made by credit card or EFTPOS at the time of consultation (cash and AMEX not accepted)
  • We can submit your Medicare claim - Medicare will usually deposit the funds into your account within 2-3 days.
  • Tele-consultations can be paid over the phone or through our online payment portal

International visitors without a Medicare card are welcome

  • Standard fees apply
  • Receipts are provided to patients to enable self claiming of any insurance benefit

Workcover and TAC

  • Accounts to be settled at the time of consultation
  • Patients are to then be reimbursed the paid fee by their employer or Insurance Company/TAC
