Jane Lee attained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Otago in 2003 and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise in Women in 2008. In 2013, she completed her Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Previously Jane was the senior clinician and manager at Integrated Health (Monash University Sports clinic). She further took an opportunity in 2017 to lecture at the International University of Korea, where she also taught Clinical Pilates courses for the Korean Physiotherapy Association.
Jane provides a thorough assessment of each client’s individual needs and is focused upon developing highly personalised programs to achieve the desired health outcomes. In addition to English, Jane also speaks fluent Korean.

Julie has been a psychologist in general practice for the past 12 years. She works in the Hallam and Glen Waverley areas. Julie’s interest and expertise are in the mental health area including: anxiety, depression, and in other areas including relationship crises, alcohol and drug issues, post natal depression, employment problems, chronic pain, workcover and TAC related issues also.
Dr Alvarenga is a Clinical Psychologist and past Director of the Monash Clinical Psychology Centre at the School of Psychology and Psychiatry, Monash University. She has been past convener of the BakerIDI and Monash University’s biannual international conference in Psychogenic Heart Disease.
Marlies has expertise in all areas of Mental Health.
Justina is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology (Child and Family) in 2003 and has worked in community health centres, schools, early childhood intervention centres and in private practice settings.
Justina has experience in the area of health psychology, supporting individuals with practical strategies for dealing with a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, loss and grief, infertility, IVF and stress management; as part of maintaining a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Silvas’s particular fields of interests include the nutritional management of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders and sports nutrition. Silva is passionate about providing individuals of all ages with the necessary knowledge and tools to empower her patients to make healthy and informed decisions and achieve a healthy and nutritionally balanced lifestyle.
Edna is a credentialed diabetes educator.
The main aims of diabetes education are to enhance knowledge and foster behaviour change in order to promote self-management.
The diabetes educator’s role is to help people with diabetes learn to manage their disease. She also facilitates our Life! program for patients at risk of diabetes who wish to prevent it’s onset. She can assess and manage type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes.
Simone is a registered psychologist and has experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings. Simone believes in working collaboratively with her clients using evidence-based interventions to assist clients with reaching their goals and manage their mental health in a way that works for them.
